How long does it take to process an order?

Orders placed before 2pm will be shipped out on the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with tracking information.

How can I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/email when the item is processed. Kindly login to the particular tracking website to check the status of delivery. 

How about the customs fee for worldwide shipping?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped out. By purchasing products from this website, you consent that you may have to pay customs duties and taxes for shipping personal goods or gifts. Sometimes it happens.
